The Cottage and The Boathouse

Oh I am in love with my little garden island I made.  I have some really cute items from DaD Designs and one of them is the lovely first picture, the new boat house I have.  Its perfect or those that wanna place their boats out and make it look like they are well taken care of.  With docks leading to a door that you can walk out of, this is very well placed together. 

In the second picture I have a cottage, its a single room with a balcony bedroom.  There is a sun room too for those that might want a indoor garden.  Its very nicely detailed and the LI for each of these are very slow indeed.  Both are great for small plots and yes roomy to make a nice home out of them.

DaD DESIGN "Sweet Dreams Cottage"

Hi everyone! I got the opportunity to blog this amazing beach house by DaD Designs called Sweet Dreams Cottage.  This house is amazing really.  Its prebuilt with colors in the walls.  All rooms are accessible through light switches on the wall.  Click and pick a color and there are over 70 colors to choose from.  This includes the exterior of the house too.

This house is an exclusive at Love to Decorate.

There are two different versions of this house.  I am showing off the Tall version.  This allows you place your building into the water and have a lake/beach house.   Then you have the ground version which will allow you to have your house on the land in a non water setting.

Gazebo of Love

There are 10 sims of greatness happening. The Home and Garden Expo is happening and you got a little less than a week now to go check it out.  Personally I was in love with it this year, as I am finding all the needs I want for my Garden.  I know most of my posts been about the Garden side of it ... but seriously people its spring and I love it.  The snow is gone and its time to show off all them great creations.  And I just couldn't help myself!!!

The Home and Garden Expo (commonly called The Expo) raises money for Relay For Life of Second Life (RFL of SL). Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature fundraising event, and RFL of SL is one of its virtual counterparts. Beautiful Autumn Day

This isnt going to be a long post, but I am in love with this tree.  This Hayabusa tree is gorgeous.  While a picture can say 1000 words this still does it no justice.  This is taken with just windlight and I soft off focus the outter edge to bring in more focus on the tree.

The Magnolia moves in the wind.  You will be transfixed on this baby.  I am loving it. I could spend the day just watching it.  This will drive me to want to have more around my yard.  I have played with it some and you can resize it and make it fit your land how you would like too.  This is something I am loving.  And its mesh too ♥

Home and Garden - Colorful Take 2

I ment to get this out sooner, but I been slammed in the RL.  So this is the second half of my post for the Challenge.  Which is happening right now.  You can find out more info here if you wish.  This rounds theme is colorful.  And as you can see in my picture there are lots of colors, and on that I got some of my material items to work! Hii again everyone, so I am doing another post, this was more because I forgot a challenge item.  This bench by Sways is amazing, I love this pose right here.  This bench is full of them.  It looks great on a beach, on the deck anywhere really.  But then as I was thinking of this bench, I realized I had a great shopping day and I had items I wanted to show off too.  So lets get started shall we?
My Puppy Franchesca is from The Chapter Four event that just opened, and you can find this item made my Alchemy.  She is in a gacha so you can win different colors and stuff.  Boys and girls.  Next is this amazing sunflower that a certain someone got me for my birthday, I love it so much, I had to make it in the picture.  I took the info from the owners profile and added the information below so you can find it if you want.  I just love sunflowers ♥  I also had gotten these amazing shoes from Reign at the Project limited event, which I believe is now over. But if their are shoes left, she does sell them at her main store till they are gone.  So go check it out, if not she has a TON of shoes that you would love, I own many for sure.   Lastly, but not least is my high-waist pants out new in store now by NV, so many different color choices to be had here, that you could match it with anything.  I will be blogging these again prolly tomarrow to show you them better, but I wanted to list everything I was wearing in this post, and since they are new I mentioned them here ♥♥
