So I am bringing more to you by SOUL, this little number is fun to play with honestly, its a hooded short jumper that you can wear with a shirt or with out the shirt...or you can wear the shirt alone! There are so many ways to have fun with this. I have taken a pic with both ways to show it off. I was loving on this when I seen it!
