Oh my  I am on a roll with all this decorating stuffs.  Sway's is spoiling her shoppers with another new release.  This is for TLC (The Liaison Collaborative).  You get to purchase the Fire place that comes with logs and candles.  You can choose from light medium and dark.  I am showing off the light, there are two choices in the folder (Shabby, or plain wood).  Then if you want to you can play the Gacha that is there too and you can win words like the FROSTY that is on my fireplace, there are other words too, and you can get a chance to win the snowmen that are hanging as well.  There are a total of 8 to collect,  6 common and two rares.  FROSTY is a rare and the snowman in the greenish hat is rare too!  You can get at her main store now I believe the Golden wire Christmas tree. There are different choices like Silver too ♥

Ok so you like my potted Tree? That is from Cozy, Paige Raven has a cute little wonderland of items for christmas you can purchase out on the ice.  EVERYTHING is so damn cute that you will want it.  Low prim impact and great prices!!

Now Arcade goers, I dont know if it was me and my luck cause I am never lucky.  But the puppy and kitty from Ispachi was a rare item. I got it on my 3rd try ... NO that is not a guarentee you will but I found it easy and I got all his other animals too they are to cute.  But I am love love loving this cute little animal play they have going on here.  In the pack comes the mouse and water dish too!!!!

Cozy Homes - Katrina Cottage

Hii Everyone!  So I am bringing you another home ... this one is a collaboration  by Cozy Homes, Paige Raven, and Terra Claremont.  Both were generous enough to let me blog the set up version that was on the land since it would take me a year to throw together a house.  But I will be using this home as a personal one very soon!

This is a two bedroom, one bath home.  Its 103 land impact.  As of right now you can get all rooms at a 50% discount.  So you need to hurry and get it before prices go back to normal.  This will be a rather easier post for me to get done.  EVERYTHING you see in my pictures is purchasable on the board outside the house, and if you want to purchase just a few items (decor in-front of house) it is all for sale individually inside/outside the house as well.  Everything is able to be tried out as well.  And if you have a little boy instead of little girls, there are plenty of boy bedroom sets inside the main store that can be substituted for your tastes.  As well as other amazing sets that could be purchased too.  Everything is packaged by room.  The house is sold as stand alone.  So you can mix and match however.

What  I love about this house is the design and the textures used for it. They are amazing fall colors on the inside and the decorations are perfect for the fall too. I am sure you want me to shut up now and show the pictures sooo  here you goooo.

Home and Garden - Its Christmas Time!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS everyone! I got TONS of furniture to show you.  Two amazing designers have released great holiday items and you will want them.  Now I showed a sneak peak into the Cozy Hot Chocolate Hut.  Well I decided I didnt do it justice for what should be a great addition to any home.  So I am gonna do a full out post on it and show all the amenities that you can have, and how absolutely adoreable and cute it would look outside your home.  Day or Night, as I have taken a pic of both, and if your card is good on your PC your lights should shine like mine do!

This loverly set, comes with The BIG christmas tree, The Hut, Snowmen, The fireplace, and inside you get all that you see, there is so much to list, but its cuuuute, and really easy to assemble, just a few twists and turns and you are done! I am loving it.

Ok my next big set is located inside my house, as you seem to know Follow Us is an amazing store I tend to blog alot, but that is only cause that man is a total driver, makes me work all the time with his amazing stuff *not complaining*  but now my dining room is set for christmas, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Santa even came to stand in my house! The Tree has couples poses, the chairs have poses and the plates change between four different items for foods! its a perfect holiday meal in one!

Another post for you all, I am showing off items from all over the place, some from Frost, some that are not!  Its winter out, and many amazing designers are setting up their sims to reflect it.  I found that Cozy designer Paige, has done a reallly cute job doing hers up, and I hope that she doesnt mind I stole a few shots and I am about to tell you all, that she has a cute little build that is 250L for a time, to get the Hot Chocolate shop in my pictures, the last picture is a good shot of the inside!

From Frost, I am showing off several more items.  Frost will be opening in a couple of days, and you can get my skin, my top, and the iceskates from there.  The sim looks amazing, and the stores are top of the line, everything you would expect from Depraved Nation. 

I am sporting a new shape that Lilo Denimore has made, from her store line ChicChica.  I absolutely love how the skin and this shape look in combination, the face is gorgeous and I have always liked the shapes from this designer.  Check out below for all details of items shown!
